A morning haircut in the Arab quarter of the old city. In my apartment in Los Angeles, I have an exact duplicate of this barber's chair, left here by my friend Richard when he lived in the Villa Carlotta. Now, I see it again, here in this one-chair shot a few streets from the Damascus Gate.
