Andrew
Andrew was a follower of John the Baptist before he met Jesus. Andrew, a fisherman, was the first to be personally invited by Jesus to be a "fisher of men." His statement, "We have found the Messiah" (John 1:41), led to his brother, Peter, meeting Jesus Christ.

Andrew is considered the"people person" of Jesus' tight-knit group - the one who always knew who was doing what. He is the one who found the boy with the bread and fish that led to one of Jesus' most amazing miracles (see John 6:5-13).

Andrew responds to Jesus' invitation and messages.
