Creation
How would you react if your computer suddenly, in a fit of defiance, refused to allow you access to your files? Computers were created for certain uses. They can't rebel. Yet, as God's creation, human beings do rebel. We constantly try to do things our own way. The Lord knows best how to manage what he has made - and that includes our lives. Our salvation ensures that we are now new creations with God - given abilities and desires to see that God's work is done. God has also given us creative abilities so that we can use a variety of means to accomplish his  work. Those are abilities a disgruntled computer doesn't have!

Take a good look at what God has created: a variety of colors surrounding you, unique landscapes, delicious foods. The Lord deserves our thanks for making all this, and he appreciates it when his creation is grateful for what he has done.

Creation refers to all that God has made, namely, the heavens, the earth, the animals and humankind.
Genesis 1:1-27
God put his creation under humankind's care.
Genesis 1:28-30
God made all things through Jesus Christ.
Ephesians 2:10; 3:9
Colossians 1:16
Revelation 4:11
Sin negatively affects everything in God's creation. It is because of sin that creation as a whole eagerly awaits Jesus Christ's return to earth.
Romans 8:19-22
Since we have received God's salvation,, we now have new lives. God considers us "new creations."
2 Corinthians 5:17
