New
Advertisers know it's hard to resist something new. When an old product is losing money, they might rework the packaging and mark the product "New and improved." Then they sit back and watch the profits grow!

When it comes  to our own lives, we can't just brand ourselves "New and improved" and then sit back and watch the results. Only Jesus Christ can make us new and renew our being. When Jesus died for our sins, he fulfilled the old covenant (or promise) of sacrifice and gave us a new covenant of grace. When we believe in Jesus, the ugly and dirty things of our old lives are stripped away and we become new creations of God.

Jesus Christ makes every individual who believes in him a new creation.
